The iconic Almdudler shaped bottle is cult - just like our alpine herb lemonade itself. But did you know that there is a special declaration of love behind it? Because Erwin Klein once created the sparkling thirst quencher with natural alpine herbs such as lemon balm, sage, gentian, elderflower and coneflower out of love for his wife Ingrid and presented her with the first Almdudler in a glass bottle on their wedding anniversary. Bottled on October 17, 1957, the cult reusable glass bottle showed the likeable Almdudler traditional costume couple Marianne & Jakob, which can still be found as a trademark on all Almdudler products.
